How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and checkout securely with any major credit card or Shop Pay.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us at hello@pinkki.ca within 24 hours if your order hasn't been processed yet.

Is my payment secure?
Yes! We use Shopify's encrypted checkout. Your payment information is never stored.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Montreal within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days across Canada.

How much is shipping?
$9.99 CAD for orders under $75. FREE shipping on orders $75+! 🎉

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

PRODUCTS

Are your products authentic?
100% authentic! Every product is sourced from authorized Korean distributors.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 5 days at hello@pinkki.ca with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund.

How do I know which products are right for my skin?
Check product descriptions for skin type recommendations, or email us for personalized suggestions!

What if a product is out of stock?
Sign up for restock notifications on the product page or email us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?
Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I return opened products?
No, due to health and hygiene reasons we only accept unopened products with intact seals.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover it for damaged or incorrect items.

DISCOUNTS

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code per order, but codes can be combined with free shipping offers.

Can I apply a code after placing my order?
No, discount codes must be entered at checkout.
